T-stat: got rid of the over heating!!

Fan switch(on the block): replaced it, because the other parts were dieing. Since the others failed I figured, what the hell.

Fan Temp sensor(on t-stat housing): they didn't have it in stock, I assuming this is the problem for the fan not turning on though.

Thanks everyone for all your help. Couldn't have got it fixed this quickly without you.
