it's not a bad idea when it's getting rave reviews from all over europe, including gushing praise from a little show called top gear. not to mention the hugely successful sales - the civic 5 door civic is outselling the entire civic lineup, compared to last year.

edit: before the 3 door hits the streets, the 5 door civic is honda UK's best selling model. it's besting the accord and the jazz, and helping honda UK increase their market share by 2%. this is as of 16 June 2006. when the type-S becomes available, we can only expect it to get better. yup, sure sounds like honda's going downhill with this new civic. what a terrible idea

i love it. :thumbup: it's a bold, sharp, sporty design with clean lines and an aggressive stance. the headlights and clear plastic that wraps around the front end are a little flashy, but meh. insignificant. i'd kill for this to come over to the states in any form, whether it be CRX, Type-R, or whatnot.
