Its a '94 RS (no sunroof). I actually never had mudflaps, at least not since I owned the teg in January (it was all stock then too). They were prob an option that the buyer didn't want to pay for.

My bud also lowered his GSR the same day as mine with the same springs, but tociko illumina shocks, and he had mudflaps. From the first corner it just scraped like hell! We could have either left them on and just scraped em down or taken em off... actually only the front scraped, so we left the rear ones on.
