What symptoms are your brakes showing? Are they locked? If they aren't locked/frozen, I am guessing that you probably don't need a caliper(s). As was stated before, check out the article on Team-Integra.net. Otherwise, depending on where you are, I bet you could find someone from this board to help you out - it would be MUCH less expensive than a shop, and you might even learn a thing or two. That is how everyone starts.........just start watching someone familiar with the task. Good luck!
