What is the 60' and why is it so important? Most races are won during the first 60' (unless it is an obvisious mismatch). You see timeslips all the time with high ETs and high MPH. That means they are spinning at the start and therefore losing valuable time. .2 off your 60' can = as much as .4-.5 at the end.

Yea that helped out. So I guess the launch and working the clutch and gas is the KEY to a good 60'. Next time I run I am going to slip the clutch. Hopefully I see some improvements. Oh and I know this is a really random question but does anyone know if taking off your power steering belt really gives you 10hp. Just thought I'd ask since it could be some free HP. The more the better. Thanks
