I just did some internet questing, liquid CO2 stays liquid until 25.6 degrees F. If it can cool the intake trac from where it likely is, say about 110 (I think that's typical for a CAI) to that, that's an 84.4 degree difference. If you can find out how many hp you gain for every degree you cool incoming air, then you'll get your answer. I thought you gain 1hp for every 30 degrees, but that can't be right, because from this you'd only get 2.8hp. You can get about that much if not better from a CAI. One way or another a 50 shot of nitrous will probably be more worth while and cost within a hundred or so dollars.
