The problem was the bulbs.
I got my replacement bulbs but for some reason I bought the 6000k ones but they dont seem like the ones I had before with the slight blueish hue.
I think these are 5000k which are definitely much much much much brighter
brighter meaning illuminates the road a lot more.

The messed up part is I had to cut the connectors off my old and new bulbs and wire the old ones onto the new ones. For some reason the connectors were the same on the ballast and bulbs. Im back in action. Now I could drive at night...lol
