http://www.serenescreen.com/ Is the gimicky "oohhhhhhhhhhhh neato" one that most stores use to get peoples attention and show off absolutly nothing.

It's ok, I've used it but screensaves suck so I just turn it off, save the cpu/power and turn off the monitor too.
