Reread my post if you want to know why stroker kits suck. They increase the rod/stroke ratio and increase the stress in the rotating assembly. This reduces the revvability of the motor. How high of compression you can go has nothing to do with your sleeves...you'll still have to tune it for pump gas. 12:1 is the highest I would go on a street motor...but you'd definitely need a hondata or something tunable and a good tuner. I'd also get a J&S safeguard just as a safety measure.
