umm i dunno i guess it cost so much cuz its a Honda part? lol:driving: doesn't really serve much of a purpose just snaps in onto right above your plus wires more for decoration really i think.....i took mine off yesterday i was replacing my alternator (died ).....but yea i just clipped it off n clipped it back on when i was done, doesn't really cover much, does look nice though
