my passanger door won't open from the outside I just got it into a shop and they told me $360 to fix it...

it opens from the inside but not the outside they said its some clip that broke? They also said they had to order the part from honda and that is $120.

Am I getting ripped off here? And if so where can I find some info to come after these guys.
