My 98 integra has window problems also. Changing out the window motor is a real pain too. I tried to do it myself and gave up since the motor is behind a metal panel and is hard to reach, especially since you can't see it. If the motor sounds like its struggling it is most likely on its last limb and needs to be replaced. It could also be the regulator (the device that actually pushes the window up and is powered by the motor), but its most likely the motor itself. Theyre relatively cheap if you look in the right places, but I would have a mechanic install it professionally if you have had no experience in this field. Thats about all I can tell you.
