^^^Yea, because thats not the case. One or two bad experiences do not necessitate a complete disreguard of a company. I work for Best Buy, I know how the alarms are installed. My store in altamonte before I moved has had one alarm come back in the past 5 years. And all it turned out to be was a pulled out butt connector. I'll admit that there are some shotty installers out there, but thats not just at Best Buy or Circuit City. Bad installers have been and are everywhere and at every shop.

BTW: Best Buy wont hook up remote start on a 5-speed for a reason.
