so i've decided to surprise my girl freind and clean up her entire balcony. Problem is that she live on the 16th floor and there has been dirty and smog and all kinds of shit accumulating on the concrete and brick walls. I cant use a water pressure cleaner thing. All i have is bucket, water, my arms and Home Depot. any ideas?

I also can't just paint it cause i would need the landlords permission and it jsut a bitch. but i am gonna put some of that green grass carpet thing.
