just went out to look for answers, I swapped out the main relay with a spare. As I thought, that didn't take care of it. Another thing I just noticed... the check engine light is on, even when I try to reset it, and won't flash when I put a jumper in the diagnosis spot to check the code (just stays solid). And just tested the fuel pump, it's good.
