no...no...no...and no. if he has any problems with fuel or spark then the car would sputter/slow down/ stall/ shut off etc... he is complaining of rpms jumping in his final gear. do what the other guy said....check your fluid in trans. replace and refill your trans fluid. now we just have to figure out why yo ulost fluid. tranny seal around axle bad????
