Stoner's Tarminator works pretty well, you can also try Mineral Spirits, Alcohol / Degreaser Mix, Clay Bar if they are small specs, Poorboy's Bug Squash to name a few.

Be careful using some of those chemicals I mentioned as they can be strong and may require your to follow up with polish and sealant and/or wax.
