I was wondering on how i could take off the tar on the very bottom of my accord. I've tried washing it off several times even once with dish washing soap (which i know isn't good for the paint). I was able to scrape some off with my finger nail, but it would take forever just to scrape it off with my nails. Does anybody have suggestions or any methods on how to take off the tar?
