Parking is going to cost me $650 a year at school. Yes. Terrific. So I've decided it's not just worth it. It would be more worth it for me to bank the money and put that $1300 and the money I get from the sale to put towards a newer car when I'm in med school.

And so it goes. Blah. It's going to be weird not having a car, but it's not worth it. I kind of want a Honda Fit. In two years I'll be able to buy a slightly used one. It will be safer, get better fuel mileage, and be 5 speed. I'm guessing insurance will be a little cheaper as I'll be 22 and it's "unsporty" (unless people crash theirs a lot--so don't crash them, please).
