If shes not on your IMs, not in your phone, etc, etc, how do you know she's behaving this way? Is this just second hand info from your mutual friend?

I understand how you feel, but I would refrain from telling her to fawk off unless she really pushes you (i.e. calls you a bunch and talks shit or something).
