i dont know very much about the '03 accord audio system, but on the picture it says cd/aux on one of the buttons so im assuming you can hook up anything with rca outputs up to it (including the factory mp3 player) so my guess would be yea, you could hook up a neo to that unit.
by the way speaking of the neo, i have one in my car and i dont know how i ever went without it...maybe ill post up some pics if u wanna see it...
at first i had it installed through an FM modulator, which was pretty crapp sounding, so i upgraded my HU to one w/ an aux. input, and now it sounds as good as cd's if not better.
