well, the reason i say it is special oil, is something in the manual, or somewhere in our literature on the car, it talks about that bein a break-in step. i've heard some people have had pil consumption problems that changed it early..... dunno, i've gone 5k each time and i'm at 23k and over the course of that mileage, the lowest i was, was halfway between the two dots ( if i remember right ) and i had a firebird that ate oil like gas, so that's nothing in my mind

yeah, the jdm type-r, still gets the integra type-r name, 220 ( 217?) hp, lsd, no sunroof, tighter gear ratio... the aussie type r has the lsd, but the type s motor i believe.

the engine i believe has different cams, and i know the compression is boosted (don't quote me on the cams, i'm a little shaky on that one )
