You know what is touching though...the real real badasses. You sit them down and tell them that there are people in the program that cares about them and want to make sure they head towards the right direction...you will see tears. And they will try their hardest to hold it back

this is true. i hate how they try to act so hard and tough in front of others but they are really not like that when they are by themselves. it's just a show they put on..probably to hide something..but yeah..it sucks when kids aren't putting in an effort to learn and i hate having to stop teaching to address those kids
