I wouldn't even bother converting an auto to a manual. The work involved to do it and do it correctly isn't worth the end result. Pedal assembly, trans, hoses for hydraulic clutch, new center consle, shift linkage, shifter, and new ecu... I know everybody thinks driving stick is so cool and automatics are not, but seriously, if you wanted a manual trans, you should have just bought a car with one in it, instead of spending all that loot to have something that originally cost less than an automatic model. Waste of time and money. Driving stick doesn't make you cool. Get over it.
