what do you mean? when u start the car for the first time in the morning the rmp is high then slowly go down as it warm up? that's just how it is, it start out that high(rmp) so the car will warm up faster; there nothing wrong with it. it's not like you can't drive it when you start it even at that high rmp, but it best to let it warm up before you drive.
Thats what I thought too until looked at some other cars that warmed up alot quicker. I really do believe its taking longer then it should. Could it be the choke?
