My knowledge with forced induction is limited but wow... You have been misinform somewhere....
SC and Turbos are only as reliable as the tune. I've known guys running 8-13 daily turboed and have had no problems. No matter what, SC or Boost, if you expect to make any kind of power you need fuel management, with SC, better pulleys, and of course they are losing to stock evos. It's a boosted all wheel drive vehicle against a boosted FWD... :dunno:
