Same thing happened to me. Except when the bolt backed off and the tensioner pulley come off the belt wrapped around the other belts and knocked the other belts off too. One broke. I didnt know the pulley was gone until i went to put the belts back on and i was like :thinking:
Never found the pulley, and they are a bitch to get one. Along with the bolt and spacer for it.....
