Yeah I agree AMW was an incredible album and it came at the perfect time for him. Unlike ren or Yella who had albums that followed and both flopped hard.

Chuck D had the hooks that made that album just all fall together, and that track with Flavor was just plain sick. add to that Gangstas Fairy Tale which in the spirit of Slick Rick became an all time classic and probably even more or as recognizable as Slick ricks Fairytale.

My second favorite from his solo has always been death Certificate, a bit darker than AMW but still very well put together.

I definitley need to check the new album but not sure I am buying into the validity after his club album and disney movie spree he went on for a bit.
