Ok. It could be something causing the cylinder to have insufficient compression such as a stuck/bent valve, deep scoring on the cylinder walls, blown out rings, headgasket, broken ringlands/pistons, etc.
That's kinda what I was thinking. Thanks for the info and I will let you know what it is when I find out.
