Propane is simply outdoor stove cooking.
unless your stove is electric..

regardless, it's not the same. on your natural gas stove, the juices do not fall onto an evaporator shield, or briquettes, or the flames themselves, and subsequently those juices do not smoke up, travel back up to the food, and give it additional flavor.


anyway, to tark, you are supposed to shut off the burners AND close the valve on the tank itself.
