If your car starts and runs, take it out on the freeway on a nice, warm dry day. Get it up to 60-70 mph and set the cruise for about 20 miles. You might even want to keep it in 4th and not in 5th. This way your entire intake/engine/exhaust system gets a chance to warm up to a steady running temperature and burn out any moisture that may be causing problems.
