The block is trashed. I would think that you could salvage at least 3 of the rods and crankshaft, but you would have to get those checked to see if they are within spec and aren't damaged from debris. I would play it safe and just buy an ls shortblock (they are so cheap, it isn't even worth your time to reuse the old stuff) and either reuse your old head, or build for an ls vtec setup.

I hope you have learned your lesson and have planned to remove that CAI or run a bypass valve.
