ok the fucktards at my house decided to reinstall windows on the computer cuz they thought it crashed, now i lost all my programs and files and everything but anyways my question is i'm trying to switch my display settings from 800x600 to 1028x768 or whatever that one is, but when i click on it is says some message about these settings will be saved in 14 seconds unless otherwise blah blah, but the screen size doesnt change like it used to. Is there something else i need to do before changing my display setting? i also noticed that it isn't using my invidia geForce card either...

Ok to further my question how can i restore my geForce card? i am guessing my problem is im running at 24 bit whereas before i was at 30-something....
