I think you would get far more value out of buying 39 sets of your 'SPOON RACING SPARK PLUGS' than you would from this Civic. You obviously know absolutely nothing about cars, and this kid probably doesn't either and the turbo install is most definitely all wrong. Why the hell would you possibly buy a tuned up car when you know so little...why would you even think about touching a car that was heavily modified and had issues...

Nevermind, I hope you buy it. Offer him $5000, $3900 is way too low.
