For the summer since I can't lift:
-cut down on body fat through cardio
-work abs and get some definition
-get stronger legs
Once I start lifting again:
-rep 1.5x my body weight on bench
-max 2x my body weight on bench
-bigger shoulders and back
-add 1"+ to my arms
I want to get big...but I can't get too big because it will hurt me in golf.
