If it is in fact a B18C5, the compression ratio will be 10.6:1.

Unless your axles are clunking or vibrating, I would leave them. Many drag racers are pushing major power through stock axles. You aren't pushing much power now, so there isn't really a reason to upgrade.

In terms of suspension, Koni Yellows are some of the best shocks out there for the money. The spring depends on if you want a coilover setup, or just a basic spring. I have a set of Koni Yellow/Ground Control coilovers with a custom spring rate going in this weekend, so I can give you some feedback when that happens. Pretty much everyone I talk to prefers the Koni Yellow/GC setup because the price and performance is the best out there and the spring rates can be customized to meet your needs.
