The k20 is a tight fit into the civic so your gonna have to go custom on this to get it to work. No off the shelft kit is gonna bolt up. If you know what your doing with boost then building a kit should be fairly simple, just gonna be alot of custom fab work. IF by some chance you have no idea about the ins and out of boosting any kind of motor, then i would check out Homemadeturbo.com and read about stuff. You should be able to get the answers you need.
Again, this is gonna be a pricey, custom job, its gonna be powerfull, but you could get the same numbers boosting a b series, and the work would be much more straight forward
