i agree it appears to be a emotional issue but i dont think hes milking it at all. its no worse than some of the other lawsuits ive seen lately. and i would say his is more justified than others. if what he says is true moore took an interview he did with nbc on drugs and turned it into a political statement that was the exact opposite of the mans true belief without seeking approval.
