First welcome to HAN, second I have a 98 Accord and it might be similar to your car for this. If you look on the passenger side of the car under ther hood there should be a rubber grommet with a wire bundle going through it. Pook a hole around the top side of this in the softer rubber area, and feed your wire through. Then get into the passenger side and feel around up under the dash for the wire and pull it through.
