Your right with that ^ above though.
The GSR is not really a high compression engine (I am thinking 11:1 and higher). The octane of the fuel that is run becomes the limiting factor, so a higher compression motor has to run more timing retard at the same boost level and fuel octane as a lower compression motor, but it will make more power as long as it isn't detonating.
