yeah .... i've heard of it but i dont think it's possible.
in response to someone elses comment about saving traffic school...
-i already have 2 points and insurance that rivals my car payment... ($300/mo) give or take a dollar or two. so i can't afford a point... and i'd be pissed to see a point go on for 5 over
