Default condoms and septic tanks

Just wondering, when they go to pump the septic tank, are they able to see if there are any condoms in there since they aren't biodegradable? I know that technically you shouldn't flush condoms, but instead throw them away, but every once in a while I still do. As of right now, my dad is digging up the septic tank to put risers in. When he opens it, what do you think he'd find?
