kind of true. the 92-95 (and possibly others but i dont care) all had a recall back in the day about this main fuel relay. it twas said that the sodreing job wasnt up to par. when it gets warm outside.....metal expands. when a car run...it gets warm. both combined make the metal heat up....or soder job heat up. this causes it to expand. when the soder expands....you lose most of the contact patch of the relay because of the poor shitty soder job. so it is possible to re soder the contact patches.....or just wait the 5 minutes for the part to cool down a bit. this is my understanding and it makes perfect sense to me. every 92-95 civic (i have owned 6) all have had this problem. also....the sodering job on the dash lights blows as well. youhave to tap the dimmer switch to get your dashlights sometimes. all 6 of my 92-95s had had this problem.
explain the sodering im going to try this cause this is frustrating not having it start
