Your plugs are deffinatly worn out. The edges on the center electrode should be sharp, not rounded off like they are in the photo.
Compression numbers sound great. Too much compression won't hurt you. When you start seeing low compression (ie 125 or less) or the numbers from each cylinder differ by about 10% from each other then you get worried.
