In short, you don't need to use the screws. They come that way from the factory because the screws hold the rotors in place when the car is being moved along the assembly line. Once you put the wheel back on and tighten up the lugs, the rotor will be fine.........Personally, I put the screws back in and hand tighten them, but you don't need to - their purpose has already been served.
