It's been 4 months since i bought my 98 Accord I4 5 speed that has 105k miles on it. I've replaced the following parts:

• timing belt and water pump
• spark plugs
• air filter

I've also done oil changes and the tires are fully inflated around 35psi. Somehow i still get on average of 16 mpg doing 80% city driving 20 % highway. I've done a search and saw most people get more than 16 mpg. Could anyone please tell me what else could i do to improve my mpg. Would changing the fuel filter help??? By the way I drive normal, and rarely go over 3000 rpms. I also use regular to fill up my tank. Thanks for reading.
