I had a problem with the knock sensor before and it turn out that the wire wasn't connected to the knock sensor. The wire was to far back and when I plug it in it wasn't really touching.. So what I did was, I push the plastic cover back and pull the wire forward and connect it together. Then once it was connected, I slowly push the plastic cover forward to cover the sensor.. So check to see if its really connected.
