thanks for the reply. Definitely no detonation in this setup as the supercharger is bypassed. Isn't there a way to ground out the sensor to fool the computer that knock sensor is working properly? I thought I saw something about that a while ago but can't find it. Maybe a could sponge & duct tape it & let it hang & plug the hole w/ the xtra sensor. Hmmm? Still would love to really get to the bottom if it! Anyone else have any ideas?
