You missed my point...even if we find alternatives to energy, we quickly forget what we actually use oil for.
We don't use oil strictly for energy, we use it as petroleum in a billion different daily products. What do you think your lip gloss is made out of? What do you think your shampoo is made out of? What do you think your lotions and sun screens are made out of?...imagine the millions of people that reside in this country....now imagine the billions of products that companies sell.
Unless you strictly buy organic, you can't tell me that oil can quickly become obsolete. And if you strictly buy organic, I'm sure you love spending double and/or triple the cost for products refined by companies that use petroleum.
...and I'm sorry, but I'm not putting alcohol on my skin or up to my lips unless it's gettin me drunk.
