Spare tire. Honda compact spare tires should be inflated to 60 PSI, no more, no less.

Normal tires should be inflated as per the manufacturer's sticker in the driver's door jamb. 32psi for most Honda vehicles. Too much more then that and you will increase the wear to the inside of the tread.
